Clicking on the related billing processor name, will take you to their website. One you are at their website, you will be asked to provide two of three parts of information (you only need two, to cancel your membership). This would normally be Username, email and membership or debit / credit card number. You only need to enter two, so if you have lost you debit card, or you do not have to hand, you are able to cancel with your username and email. Submit it, and that is it, you are now cancelled, it is simple and quicker than everything you just read here, and more to thew point you will know it is cancelled. If there are any major issues, then please reach out to us, but please understand it is quicker for you to cancel your own membership, yourself.

Direct messages are often checked, we read your messages, in all cases Dark Reach staff have access to your messages, in some case a webmaster from the studio will also read you message. Where it is necessary, message will be forwarded on to performer and models. If you are going to send a negative email to a model or performer, they will not get it, so save your time and energy. However, we do encourage constructive feedback, ideas and suggestions if you wish to make them.

All comment is moderated on the website, so if you have left a comment, we will check it before it is approved. If you wish to bring are attention for broke galleries and videos, we have a reporting tool on those pages, just hit the report button and we will fix it ASAP. If you dislike a gallery or video, OK that does happen, remember what you dislike, someone else will enjoy and we must provide content for all our different users tastes, please just move on, and find something you do enjoy.
